  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may extend slightly.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Across the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Selected international destinations, subject to availability and courier coverage

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • UAE Orders: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or regulatory delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Delivery location
    • Order weight and size
    • Courier service selected
  • Promotional free shipping offers, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of returns or exchanges.

Courier Partners

We work with reliable third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details (where available).

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in product or shipping prices.
  • The Glamour Faces is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
  • The Glamour Faces is not liable for:
    • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
    • Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailabilityOrders marked as delivered by the courier

Re-shipping fees may apply in such cases.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the package and contents

Upon verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution in line with our Return & Warranty Policy.
