Return & Warranty Policy

Glamour Face Perfumes and Cosmetics Trading LLC

At Glamour Face Perfumes and Cosmetics Trading LLC, we take pride in delivering authentic, carefully handled products. To maintain hygiene standards and product quality, the following return and warranty terms apply.

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only.
  • Custom-made or special-order items are non-returnable.
  • Returned products must be:
    • Unused and unopened
    • In original packaging
    • In perfect, resalable condition

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be received by Glamour Face Perfumes and Cosmetics Trading LLC in new, unopened, and resalable condition, including:

  • Original box and packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and inserts (if applicable)

     

Items returned with signs of use, damage, tampering, or missing components will be rejected and sent back to the buyer.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Approved returns qualify for 100% of the product price in the form of:
    • Exchange, or
    • Store credit
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If an order was shipped under a free shipping offer, the original shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.

     

Refunds or credits are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Restocking Fee

  • Glamour Face Perfumes and Cosmetics Trading LLC reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25%, where applicable.
  • This fee may be applied to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

Restocking Fee Definition:
 A restocking fee is a charge applied for processing returned goods before they can be resold.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Supporting photos or videos may be required for verification.
  • Upon approval:
    • We will send a replacement of the same item, and
    • Cover the return shipping cost for the replacement only

No refunds will be issued for defects reported outside the stated timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact Glamour Face Perfumes and Cosmetics Trading LLC with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting images or videos (if applicable)

     

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
